These terms govern the public informational website. They are not marketplace, advertising-order, publisher-payment or account terms.

Private-beta status

Marketplace profiles, inventory, prices, accounts, campaign execution, provider integrations, transactions and payouts are not publicly active unless MyPayAds expressly confirms otherwise in a separate written agreement.

No performance guarantee

Calculators, interface previews and planning examples are illustrative. Advertising availability, traffic, delivery, clicks, conversions, revenue and other outcomes are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

Do not interfere with the site, misrepresent your identity, submit unlawful material, probe restricted systems, copy protected content at scale or use MyPayAds branding without permission.

Third parties

Links and references do not imply endorsement. Third-party platforms, publishers and providers have their own terms and policies.

Intellectual property

The MyPayAds name, original interface and website content are protected by applicable law. Reasonable linking and quotation with attribution are permitted where the law allows.

Liability and law

The informational site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. These terms are governed by applicable Wyoming law, without limiting mandatory rights that may apply to you.
